• glō (Lund, developer of advanced LED products using nanotechnology) has been acquired by US-based nanotechnology company Nanosys for an undisclosed amount (English).
   
• Klarna (Stockholm, payments and shopping provider) has acquired US-based startup Toplooks, developer of AI Technology to turn product content into shoppable commerce. Terms were not disclosed (English, Swedish).

• Doktor.se (Stockholm, digital healthcare provider): SEK510M (€51M, $62M) from Consensus Fonder, Skabholmen Invest and existing investors (English, Swedish).
   
• Curb Food (Stockholm, dark kitchen operator): €20M ($24M) in a funding round led by Point72 Ventures with participation from existing investor EQT Ventures (English).
   
• Maven Wireless (Stockholm, provider of solutions in wireless coverage): SEK84.3M (€8.4M, $10.2M) through an IPO (Swedish, machine translation).
   
• Heja (Stockholm, communication platform for sports teams): $4.2M in a seed round led by Peak Capital, with participation from existing investors (English).
   
• Teemyco (Stockholm, customisable virtual office platform): SEK27M (€2.7M, $3.3M) from 42CAP, existing investors and angel investors (English, Swedish).
   
• Mobila Doktorn (Stockholm, app for booking home visits by doctors): SEK20.8M (€2.1M, $2.5M) from angel investors (English, Swedish / DI Digital paywall).
   
• Coupleness (Stockholm, app for couples to easily track & share feelings): SEK9.3M (€920K, $1.1M) from Icebreaker and angel investors (English, Swedish).
   
• Vaam (Stockholm, video messaging tool for sales pitches and customer communication): undisclosed amount from Innovation Nest and angel investors (Swedish / Breakit paywall).

• Podcast company Acast confirmed its plan to go public in Stockholm this month, at an estimated valuation of about SEK6.8B (€676M, $820M) (Swedish, machine translation).
   
• Freja eID, Stockholm-based developer of electronic identification technology, is piloting a solution for performing a payment transaction using facial recognition, aimed at improving daily life for disabled persons (Swedish, machine translation).
   
• Sellpy, Swedish second hand platform owned by H&M, is launching in 20 additional European markets (English, Swedish).
   
• After Snoop Dogg and Lady Gaga, even US Rapper A$AP Rocky has invested in Klarna (English).
   
• Swedish VC firm EQT Ventures is using its AI-based deal sourcing tool "Motherbrain" to find more female founders to invest in (English).
