2 Sites Under $10k For Sale

There are new niche-site listings on Motion Invest this week , including two that are listed for under $10,000.

One example is the boating site you see above. It has a good Domain Authority and is getting plenty of traffic, but earnings are on the low side.

I’ve checked out the backlink profile and it has some amazing links from the likes of canada.ca and government and education websites. It looks like they once ran a conference that resulted in many of these high DR links!

Perhaps the owner just hasn’t been very good at monetizing the site and finding appropriate affiliate programs?
